浮针配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的即时疗效观察

摘　　要：目的浮针配合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的即时疗效观察。方法以2020年1月1日至6月1日在院门诊和住院治疗的30例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行本次研究,遵照掷硬币法均分为参照组和观察组,各15例。参照组用电针治疗,观察组用浮针配合电针治疗,将临床治疗效果、腰椎功能(JOA评分)治疗前后变化情况进行对比。结果参照组用电针治疗,观察组用浮针配合电针治疗后,参照组疗效较低,其中参照组治疗总有效率为53.33%,观察组治疗总有效率为86.67%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前JOA评分组间差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,JOA评分两组均升高,组间比较观察组JOA评分更好于参照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针配合电针在腰椎间盘突出症中治疗效果更佳,腰椎功能恢复情况更好,建议临床推广应用。Objective Observation on the immediate curative effect of floating acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods This study was conducted on 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the outpatient and inpatient treatments from January 1 to June 1,2020.They were divided into a reference group and an observation group,each with 15 cases.The reference group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture.The clinical treatment effect and lumbar function(JOA score)before and after treatment were compared.Results The reference group was treated with electro-acupuncture.After the observation group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture,the efficacy of the reference group was low.Among them,the total effective rate of the reference group was 53.33%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the groups of JOA scores,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the JOA scores of both groups increased,and the JOA scores of the observation group were better than the reference group between the groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture has better therapeutic effect in lumbar disc herniation,and the recovery of lumbar spine function is better.It is recommended for clinical application.
