摘  要:站用电系统在特高压换流站中属于极其重要的辅助系统,其供电可靠性直接影响换流站的安全稳定运行。本文以特高压淮安换流站为例,详细介绍了换流站站用电系统的主体结构及备自投的动作逻辑,在此基础上对一起特高压换流站站用电备自投越级动作的故障进行了详细的分析,指出故障原因为10kV开关信号回路设计错误。针对该原因提出了相应的改进措施,并通过试验验证了该措施的正确性。Auxiliary power system is an extremely important system in ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC)converter station,and its reliability directly affects the safe and stable operation of converter station.The main structure of station auxiliary power system and the automatic switchingon/off logic of bus-bar automatic transfer switch(BATS)based on Huaian converter station is introduced in this paper.On the basis of that,an overstep tripping of UHVDC converter station bus-bar automatic transfer switch is analyzed and the root cause of the fault that is the design error of 10kV switch signal circuit is pointed out.For this reason,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,and the effectiveness of the improvement is verified by experiments.
