生态防洪堤防规划设计思路浅析

摘　　要：通过分析生态文明思想背景下防洪堤生态化处理的规划设计理念,提出传统堤防与城市组团建设、滨水空间开发和生态景观营造等多方面的融合思路,研究防洪堤对城市功能组团与生态空间的串联和延展方法,展示了新时代生态防洪工程的新理念、新思路、新方向,对堤防工程的规划设计具有一定的借鉴意义。Through the analysis of the planning and design concept of ecological treatment of flood control levees under the background of ecological civilization thought,this paper puts forward a multi-faceted fusion idea of integrating traditional levees with urban cluster construction,waterfront space development and ecological landscape construction,studies the con⁃nection and extension function of flood control levees for urban cluster and ecological space,shows the new idea,new meth⁃od and new direction for the ecological flood control project in new era and also provides reference and guidance to the plan⁃ning and design of levee construction.
