技能主导类隔网对抗性项群运动训练特征和实战技巧研究--以网球为例

摘　　要：技能主导类隔网对抗性项群的运动竞技性要求高,实战对抗中技战术运用更换频繁,文章以技能主导类隔网对抗性项群运动——网球为例,应用文献调查法和视频分析法等对隔网对抗性专项运动员及教练员进行调查分析。从多层次,多角度地把握对技能主导类隔网对抗性项群运动技术运用以及研究特征的认识,为相关运动员参赛和教练员执教提供的参考。The skill-based net-separation antagonistic item group sports have high requirements for competitiveness,and the use of techniques and tactics is frequently replaced in actual combat.This article takes the characteristics of tennis,a skill-based net-separation antagonistic item,as an example.This paper uses literature investigation and video analysis method to investigate and analyze the special athletes and coaches of the net-separation antagonism.This paper grasps the cognition of the application and research characteristics of the sports technology of the skill-based net-separation antagonistic item group from multiple levels and angles,and provides reference for the related athletes to participate in the competition and coaches to teach.
