摘　　要：结直肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,给全球卫生经济带来沉重负担。阿司匹林是广泛用于心血管疾病等方面的非甾体抗炎药。近年来阿司匹林对结直肠癌化学预防作用的研究不断涌现,美国预防服务工作组推荐声明及美国国立综合癌症网络指南建议将阿司匹林作为结直肠癌的预防措施。因此,本文旨在对近年来阿司匹林在结直肠癌化学预防中的相关研究、作用机制及新进展作一综述。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world,causing a heavy global health burden.Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug widely used in cardiovascular and other diseases.In recent years,studies on aspirin for chemoprevention of colorectal cancer have sprung up.The United States Preventive Services Task Force and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines recommend aspirin as a preventive measure for colorectal cancer.Therefore,this article aims to review the related studies,mechanism and new progress of aspirin for chemoprevention of colorectal cancer in recent years.
