摘  要:为明确不同样品预处理方法对桑叶中矿物元素钙(Ca)、磷(P)含量测定的影响,本研究采集了8个桑叶风干样品,每个样品分别以灰化法和消化法制备为待测溶液,再以国标方法测定Ca和P含量。结果表明:以灰化法预处理的桑叶中Ca含量显著高于消化法[2.72%干物质(DM)vs.2.41%DM;P<0.05],但以灰化法和消化法预处理的桑叶中P含量差异不显著(0.29%DM vs.0.28%DM;P>0.05)。测定结果的变异系数[(标准差/平均值)×100]表明,灰化法预处理的桑叶中Ca测定结果的变异系数小于消化法(2.69%vs.4.74%),但以消化法预处理的桑叶中P测定结果的变异系数则小于灰化法(6.20%vs.9.77%)。因此,测定桑叶中Ca含量应采用灰化法对样品进行预处理,以获得更佳测定精密度;测定桑叶中P含量则应首选消化法进行样品预处理。The effects of sample preparations by digestion or incineration on the measurements of calcium(Ca)and phos-phorus(P)of mulberry leaves were assessed in this study.Eight samples of air-dricd mulberry leaves were liquidized by digestion or incineration,and the processed samples were determined for Ca and P according to the national standard meth-ods.The results showed that the Ca content of mulberry leaves pre-treated by incineration was significantly greater than that of those pre-treated by digestion[2.72%dry matter(DM)vs.2.41%DM;P<0.05],and the P content of mul-berry leaves pre-treated by incineration did not differ from that of those pre-treated by digestion(0.29%vs.0.28%;P>0.05).The cefficient of variation[(standard deviation/mean)X 100]for the Ca analysis was lower for the incineration method than that for the digestion method(2.69%vs.4.74%),and the coefficient of variation for the P analysis was low-er for the digestion method than that for the incineration method(6.20%vs.9.77%).Therefore,the incineration method should be preferred for the Ca analysis of mulberry leaves,whereas the digestion method should be preferred for the P anal-ysis to achieve better precision of measurements.
