摘　　要：本文阐述了能本管理对人民银行分支机构人力资源培训开发运用的现实意义,结合当前人民银行分支机构人力资源培训开发现状及存在的不足,从培训开发需求、目标、方式及评估、应用、激励机制等方面提出了有针对性的意见建议.This article explains the practical significance of energy-based management for the development and application of human resources training for the branches of the People's Bank of China,combined with the current status of human resource training and development of the branches of the People's Bank of China and existing shortcomings,from training development needs,goals,methods and evaluation,application and incentives The mechanism and other aspects put forward specifc and feasible opinions and suggestions.
