摘　　要：为实现清洁生产、提高资源利用率,在电石法聚氯乙烯生产过程中采取了一系列节能降耗措施,包括离心母液回用于乙炔清净工序、盐酸循环利用、电石渣浆乙炔气回收。In order to realize clean production and improve the utilization of resources,a series of energy saving and consumption reduction measures were taken in the production process of PVC by calcium carbide process,including centrifugal mother liquor recycling to acetylene cleaning process,hydrochloric acid recycling,recovery of acetylene from calcium carbide slag slurry.
