摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国的外交事业在习近平外交思想的指引下开拓创新,取得了令世人瞩目的成就,展现出中国外交特有的气派、自信与担当。面对中国外交事业不断蓬勃发展,国外智库学者也围绕习近平外交思想及中国特色大国外交政策提出的现实背景、实现路径、理论旨归、鲜明特色和国际意义等议题展开了探讨,肯定了新时代中国外交思想及实践所取得的巨大成就。通过国外智库及其学者的研究,世界人民得以看到这样一个中国:在"大变局"下引领全球化与全球治理的发展方向、在共建"一带一路"中开辟历史性发展道路,高举中国梦的精神旗帜凝聚共识力量、全球秩序"贡献者"的外交新姿态、展现构建人类命运共同体造福世界的大国担当。Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era, China’s diplomacy under the guidance of Xi Jin-ping’s diplomatic thought hasmade remarkable achievements, demonstrating the unique style, confidence and responsibility of Chinese diplomacy. In the face of China’sflourishing diplomatic career, scholars from foreign think tanks have also discussed the practical background, realisation path, theoreticalobjectives, distinctive features and international significance of Xi Jin-ping’s diplomatic thought and the foreign policy of a great power withChinese characteristics, affirming the great achievements of Chinese diplomatic thought and practice in the new era. The people of the worldcould see such a China which is leading the trend of globalisation and global governance in the midst of"dramatic changes", opening up ahistoric path of development through the co-construction of the"Belt and Road Initiative", raising the banner of the China Dream to gatherconsensus and power, taking a new diplomatic stance as a"contributor"to the global order, and as a great power promoting the construction of acommunity of common destiny for all mankind for the benefit of the whole world.
