摘　　要：从介绍泵入口管道设计的原则入手,以某炼化企业的常减压&轻烃联合装置几台高温油泵入口管道为例,根据CASERII软件的受力分析结果展开关于管道布置优化方案的探讨,着重说明了泵入口管道柔性设计过程中遇到问题时的几个主要解决思路,即如何通过优化配管、改变管道壁厚及一些其他措施等来满足泵管嘴受力的要求。This paper introduces the design principles of pump inlet pipe,takes the inlet pipes of several hot-oil pumps in the CDU/VDU and light hydrocarbon complex of a refinery as an example,discusses the optimization schemes of piping layout based on the CASERII stress analysis results,and focuses on the solutions to the problems emerged during the flexibility design of pump inlet pipe,i.e.how to meet the requirements of pump nozzle stress by optimizing the piping layout,changing the pipe-wall thickness and taking some other measures.
