摘　　要：病案的质量对于医疗纠纷的鉴定起着决定性的作用,病案还能使医患双方的合法权益得到保障.本文旨在探讨病案管理在医疗纠纷防范中的应用价值,在提升病案质量的同时,能够有效的防范医疗纠纷,以便为医疗环境的和谐奠定良好的基础.For the identification of medical disputes,the quality of medical records plays a decisive role,and medical records can protect the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients.This paper aims to explore the application value of medical record management in the prevention of medical disputes,which can effectively prevent medical disputes while improving the quality of medical records,so as to lay a good foundation for the harmony of medical environment.
