班组安全星级考评制度在基层安全管理中的建设与应用

摘　　要：为了创建本质安全型企业,提高企业安全管理水平,促进班组"比学赶超"安全氛围的形成,单位建设实施了班组安全星级考评制度,从班组安全基础管理、班组安全教育培训、现场安全管理、班组安全检查与隐患整改、班组安全活动、单位级班组安全管理、院级过程七项内容对班组安全生产进行考核.班组安全星级考评制度的建设实施有效降低了事故发生率,填补了基层安全管理的漏洞,夯实了安全基础,对同类企业基层安全管理具有一定的借鉴意义.In order to create an intrinsically safe enterprise,improve the safety management level of the enterprise,and promote the formation of the safety atmosphere of"comparing and learning to catch up"of the teams,the enterprise has implemented the team safety star evaluation system.The safety production of the team is assessed from seven aspects:team safety basic management,team safety education and training,on-site safety management,team safety inspection and rectification of hidden dangers,team safety activities,unit team safety management and college level process.The construction and implementation of the team safety star evaluation system has effectively reduced the accident rate,filled the loopholes of the grass-roots safety management,tamped the safety foundation,and has a certain reference significance for the grass-roots safety management of similar enterprises.
