摘  要:为了提高混凝土预制桩现场拼接的施工质量和施工效率,研发了一种新型预应力混凝土方桩的螺锁式机械连接接头。螺锁式机械连接件的拉伸试验验证了该连接件具有良好的抗拉性能。对两种类型共6根预应力混凝土方桩连接接头试件开展足尺受剪性能试验,研究了其受剪承载力、裂缝开展以及破坏形式。试验结果表明:预应力混凝土方桩连接接头试件的极限受剪承载力试验值均远大于桩身的受剪承载力计算值;加载过程中试件的纯弯段竖向裂缝先于弯剪段斜裂缝出现,最终试件破坏形式分为桩身正截面受弯破坏和接头斜截面受剪破坏。In order to improve the construction quality and efficiency of the on-site splicing of precast concrete piles,a new type of bolt-shackle mechanical connection joint for prestressed concrete square piles was developed. The tensile tests of bolt-shackle mechanical connector verified its good tensile performance. The full-scale shear performance tests of six prestressed concrete square pile connection joint specimens of two types were carried out to study the shear bearing capacity,crack development and failure modes. The experiment results show that the experimental values of ultimate shear bearing capacity of all prestressed concrete square pile connection joint specimens are far larger than the calculated values of ultimate shear bearing capacity of the corresponding square piles. The vertical cracks in pure bending segment occur before the oblique cracks in the bending shear segment during the loading process,and the final failure modes are divided into the flexural failure of normal section in pile body and the shear failure of oblique section in connection joint.
