摘 要:以采用跳仓法施工的上海市徐汇区某商品房的372m全长超限筏板基础为例,基于线性徐变理论,对混凝土松弛应力计算公式进行推导。根据温度及应变监测数据,对考虑松弛及徐变影响的混凝土黏弹性应力进行计算。分析了在不同保温措施下筏板基础温度应力的演变规律,制定了符合本项目的裂缝控制措施。研究结果表明:所推导的混凝土松弛应力计算公式具有一定的准确性及实用性;根据应力计算结果制定的裂缝控制措施在工程实践中发挥了很好的作用。Taking the 372 m super-long out-of-code raft foundation of a commercial house with alternative bay construction method in Xuhui district of Shanghai as an example, based on the linear creep theory, the calculation formula for the relaxation stress of concrete was deduced. According to the temperature and strain monitoring data, the viscoelastic stress of concrete considering the effects of relaxation and creep was calculated. The evolution law of the temperature stress of the raft foundation under different insulation measures was analyzed, and the crack control measures in accordance with the project were formulated. The research results show that the deduced concrete relaxation stress calculation formula has certain accuracy and practicability;the crack control measures based on the stress calculation results have played a very good role in engineering practice.
