摘 要:21世纪海上丝绸之路东南亚沿线十一个国家的音乐产权受到各国的历史、政治、经济、文化因素影响,有殖民烙印。音乐产权生态环境使这些国家的音乐产权规范显示民族历史特色,国际相关公约也构成它们的重要内容。这些国家音乐产权的五大类音乐产权主体与两类客体存在差异。音乐产权具体的非财产权的三项权能、财产权的五项权能、综合权的三项权能,体现各国音乐产权生态特色。21世纪海上丝绸之路东南亚沿线十一个国家音乐产权综合反映了各国国情,研究它们对促进我国与这些国家民心相通有重要价值。In eleven countries along the 21^(st) Century Maritime Silk Roadin Southeast Asia,their music property rights are affected by the historical,political,economic,and cultural factors of each country,and have colonialstigma.The ecological environment of music property rights makes themusic property regulations of these countries show their national historicalcharacteristics,and relevant international conventions also constitute theirimportant content.There are differences between the five main kinds ofmusic property rights and the two sorts of objects of music property rightsin these countries.Specific three powers of non-property rights,five powersof property rights,and three powers of comprehensive rights of music prop-erty rights reflect ecological characteristics of music property rights invarious countries.Music property rights of eleven countries along the 21^(st) Century Maritime Silk Road in Southeast Asia reflect the national conditionsof each country.Researching them is of great value in promoting the ex-change of people's minds between our country and these countries.
