摘 要:尊重生命规律,注重全过程、整体性发展的生命周期理论为人才培养提供了适切的理论支撑。韩国的文化产业人才培养,基于生命周期理论,将教育阶段分为基础教育、高等教育、社会教育三个阶段。三者各有侧重、有机融合,为韩国文化产业的发展作出了巨大贡献。借鉴韩国的经验,结合国内情况,首先要确立文化人才培养的全民全程教育理念,并通过各层级教育机构的有效衔接和全社会融合互动的机制来优化育人环境,形成可持续、闭合型的人才培养模式。The life cycle theory,which respects the rule of life and laysemphasis on the entire process and wholeness development,provides thegermane theoretical foundation for talent cultivation.Korea's cultureindustry personnel training,based on the life cycle theory,divides the educational phase into three phases,consisting of basic education,higher educa-tion and social education.Each of three has its own emphasis,with organicintegration between each other,which has made enormous contributions tothe development of Korean culture industry.Drawing on the experience ofKorea and combining with the domestic situation,first of all,we shall buildup the all people and the whole procedure educational concept on cultural tal-ent cultivation,in addition,optimize the environment for cultivating talentsby means of the effective convergence of educational institutions at all levelsand the mechanism of the integration and interaction of the whole society,soas to form a sustainable and closed personnel training mode.
