高含量螺螨酯悬浮剂的配方设计

摘　　要：应用流点法、表面张力法、黏度曲线法等方法对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂及其他助剂进行筛选,成功研制出了高含量螺螨酯水悬浮剂。制备到的悬浮剂热贮前后粒径变化程度较小、分散性好、悬浮率较高。高含量螺螨酯水悬浮剂配方的组分为:螺螨酯30%、Surper FD-5304.5%、12691.5%、乙二醇4%、硅酸镁铝1.0%、黄原胶0.15%、卡松0.1%、AF7830.2%,水补足至100%。对该配方进行性能检测,结果显示该制剂热贮前后粒子未发生交联、结晶,分散性优异、悬浮率高,pH等控制指标均符合要求。In this paper,wetting and dispersing agents,thickeners,antifreeze and other additives were screened by means of the flow point method,surface tension method,viscosity curve method,etc,and the water suspension agent with high content of spirodiclofen was successfully developed.The suspending agent prepared by the formulation had a small particle size change before and after heat storage,good dispersibility,and a high suspension rate.The components of the high-content spirodiclofen aqueous suspension formulation were as follows:spirodiclofen 30%,Surper FD-5304.5%,12691.5%,ethylene glycol 4%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1.0%,xanthan gum 0.15%,Kasone 0.1%,AF7830.2%,and water to 100%.The performance of the formulation was tested,the results showed that the particles did not cross-link or crystallize before and after thermal storage of the formulation,the dispersion was excellent,the formulation had the advantage of high suspengsion,and the pH and other control indicators all met the requirements.
