高效液相色谱法应用于柏子养心丸中五味子的掺伪研究

摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法研究柏子养心丸中五味子的掺伪情况,为科学评价柏子养心丸中五味子投料来源提供可靠方法。色谱柱为Waters sunfire C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为215 nm;柱温为35℃;流速为1 mL·min-1。五味子醇甲在0.0209μg~1.0457μg(R^(2)=1.0000)之间呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为106.0%(n=6),RSD=0.8%(n=6)。实验结果表明此方法准确可靠,可作为柏子养心丸中五味子掺伪的检测方法。To establish an HPLC method to study the adulteration of Schisandra chinensis in Baiziyangxin pills,a reliable method was probided for scientific evaluation of the source of Schisandra chinensis in Baizi Yangxin pills.The chromatographic column was waters Sunfire C 18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%glacial acetic acid solution with gradient elution;the detection wavelength was 215nm;the column temperature was 35℃;the flow rate was 1mL·min-1.The linear range of Schisandra chinensis was 0.0209μg~1.0457μg(R^(2)=1.0000).The average recovery was 106.0%(n=6),RSD=0.8%(n=6).The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to detect the adulteration of Schisandra chinensis in Baizi Yangxin pills.
