摘  要:以长江水常规水处理工艺的沉后水和滤后水为过滤介质,考察不同运行和清洗条件下超滤膜的污染情况。实验结果表明滤后水作为过滤介质时,膜阻力系数(Rm)增长速度快,但更易造成膜污堵。超滤膜维护清洗过程中通过提高清洗浓度和浸泡时间能不同程度降低Rm,但不易清洗至恢复。结合试验情况,提出了超滤膜运行的维护建议,为超滤系统优质稳定运行提供了思路。The fouling of ultrafiltration membrane under different operating and cleaning conditions was investigated by using the precipitated and filtered water from the conventional water treatment process of the Yangtze River as the medium.The experimental results showed that the membrane resistance coefficient(Rm)increased rapidly when the filtered water as the medium,but it was easier to cause membrane fouling.The concentration and soaking time of ultrafiltration membrane when cleaning could reduce Rm to different extent,though it was not easy to recover.Based on the experimental results,the maintenance suggestions for the operation of ultrafiltration membrane were put forward,which would provide a train of thought for the high quality and stable operation of ultrafiltration system.
