摘 要:低阶煤制备水煤浆成浆性能受到多方面因素影响,其中煤自身结构性质、自由水和电荷作用三者影响较大。分析了神木煤、哈密煤、榆林煤的微观结构,测试了分散剂β-萘磺酸盐甲醛缩聚物在3种煤上的吸附规律、分散剂不同掺量下煤中束缚水释放为自由水的量,研究了分散剂吸附量与束缚水释放量及水煤浆成浆性能之间的关系。结果表明:分散剂在低阶煤上的吸附量与比表面积不呈正相关;随着分散剂吸附量提高,变质程度偏高的煤质中自由水释放量快速下降,孔隙结构较多的煤质中则可能抑制自由水释放;低浓度分散剂吸附时,由电荷斥力和释放自由水同时作用提高成浆性能,高浓度分散剂吸附时,主要依靠电荷斥力提高成浆性能,自由水起次要作用;低阶煤制备水煤浆在表观黏度为500 mPa·s~1000 mPa·s内均符合Bingham流体特征。The performance of coal water slurry(CWS)from low-rank coal is affected by many factors,among which the structure properties of coal,the free water and charge repulsion have bigger impact on the CWS performance.Through analyzing the microstructure of Shenmu coal,Hami coal and Yulin coal,the adsorption law ofβ-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation polymer based dispersant in these three kinds of coal was tested,the amount of released coal fluids under different dosage of dispersant was measured,and the relationship between the adsorption capacity of dispersant and the release capacity of bound water as well as the slurry ability of CWS was studied.The result indicated that the adsorption capacity of dispersant on low-rank coal was not positively correlated with the specific surface area.In the coal with high metamorphic degree,the release of free water decreased rapidly with the increase of adsorption amount,while in the coal with more pore structure,the increase of adsorption amount might inhibit the release of free water.In the low concentration dispersant adsorption,charge repulsion and release of free water simultaneously improved the slurry ability.In the high concentration dispersant adsorption,charge repulsion played a decisive role,while free water played a secondary role.When the apparent viscosity of CWS prepared from low-rank coal was at 500 mPa·s~1000 mPa·s,it conformed to the characteristics of Bingham fluid.
