摘  要:针对新天煤化工碎煤加压气化废水酚氨回收装置运行存在的能耗高、碱液消耗高、萃取效率低的问题,通过将脱酸脱氨使用的1.5 MPa蒸汽改为副产的0.5 MPa低压蒸汽,调整脱氨加碱量控制出水氨氮及总酚含量,使用更高效的萃取填料等措施,对酚氨回收装置进行了优化。运行结果表明:优化后,蒸汽消耗占全厂能耗比例降低了5个百分点,装置处理能力提升了38%,萃取剂消耗降低37%,稀酚水中总酚含量降低20.7%,萃取效率提高4个百分点,酚类产品中粗酚同系物含量提高23.1%,粗酚产量提高了7.8%。Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,high lye consumption and low extraction efficiency in the operation of the crushed coal pressurized gasification wastewater phenol-ammonia recovery plant of Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the phenol-ammonia recovery plant was optimized.The 1.5 MPa steam used for acid-ammonia removal was changed to by-produced 0.5 MPa low pressure steam,the ammonium nitrogen and total phenol content of the effluent were controlled by adjusting the ammonia removal amount,and higher-efficiency extraction filler was used.The operation result showed that:after the optimization,the proportion of steam consumption in the total energy consumption of the whole plant was reduced by 5%,the treatment capacity of the plant was increased by 38%,the extractant consumption was reduced by 37%,the total phenol content in dilute phenol water was reduced by 20.7%,the extraction efficiency was improved by 4%,the homologous content of crude phenol in phenolic products was increased by 23.1%,and the crude phenol content was increased by 7.8%.
