摘　　要：我国经济发展的空间结构正在发生深刻变化,顺应城镇化发展规律,以京津冀城市群为依托、以规划建设都市圈为重点,大力提升城市竞争力势在必行。“十四五”时期,应借鉴先进省市区域协调发展经验,从空间布局规划提升河北省城市竞争力,培育形成4个现代化都市圈和3个连绵发展轴,围绕基础设施、产业链条、科技创新、公共服务、营商环境等重点领域,大力提升河北省城市生产效率和竞争能力,打造全省经济社会发展的重要引擎。The spatial structure of China’s economic development is undergoing profound changes.It is imper⁃ative to vigorously enhance the competitiveness of cities by relying on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomera⁃tion and focusing on the planning and construction of metropolitan areas in accordance with urbanization develop⁃ment laws.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,we should learn from the coordinated development experi⁃ence of advanced provinces and cities,improve the competitiveness of cities in Hebei province from spatial layout planning,and foster four modern metropolitan areas and three continuous development axes.Focusing on key areas such as infrastructure,industrial chains,technological innovation,public services,and business environment,we will vigorously improve the production efficiency and competitiveness of cities in Hebei Prrovince,and build an im⁃portant engine for the economic and social development of the province.
