社会化养老服务体系的实现策略分析

摘　　要：党的十九届五中全会首次将积极应对人口老龄化上升为国家战略。在“十四五”时期我国65岁及以上老年人口占比将超过14%,进入中度老龄化社会。到2035年,河北省65岁及以上老年人口达到1783.6万人,占总人口的23.5%,进入重度老龄化社会。而结合我国的实际情况,构建出一套针对性的社会化养老服务体系,提升我国对老年人赡养与照料的质量,具有十分重要的意义。基于此,本文重点针对社会化养老服务体系的实现策略进行了详细的分析。the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has for the first time elevated active response to the population ageing as a national strategy.In the“14th five-year plan”pe⁃riod,the proportion of people aged 65 and over will exceed 14%,which means the arrival of a population moderateageing.By 2035,there will be 17.836 million people aged 65 and over in our province,accounting for 23.5 percent of the total population,which means the arrival of the population heavy-ageing.It is of great significance to build a set of targeted socialized old-age service system and improve the quality of supporting and caring for the aged in our country.Based on this,this paper focuses on a detailed analysis of the realization tactic of socialized old-age service system for reference.
