摘　　要：传统粗放型的经济增长模式在造成自然资源能源巨大消耗的同时,带来了自然生态平衡的严重破坏。在此背景下,必须加快产业结构的优化转型、大力发展绿色经济。作为产业结构优化转型和发展绿色经济的重要推动力,绿色金融的发展显得迫在眉睫。本文从绿色金融的定义、发展历程、作用机理及面临的问题入手,提出了加快绿色金融健康快速发展的建议。The traditional extensive economic growth model has caused a huge consumption of natural resources and energy,and at the same time has brought serious damage to the natural ecological balance.In this context,it is necessary to accelerate the optimization and transformation of the industrial structure and vigorously develop a green economy.As an important driving force for the optimization and transformation of industrial structure and the development of green economy,the development of green finance appears to be urgent.This article starts with the definition,development process,mechanism and problems of green finance,and puts forward suggestions for accelerating the healthy and rapid development of green finance.
