复方珍珠暗疮片联合米诺环素胶囊、ALA-PDT治疗中重度寻常性痤疮患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方珍珠暗疮片联合米诺环素胶囊、5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗中重度寻常性痤疮患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的78例中重度寻常性痤疮患者按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。对照组予以米诺环素胶囊+ALA-PDT治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以复方珍珠暗疮片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前及治疗2、4周后的皮损创面评分、治疗前、后的血清睾酮、雌二醇水平、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周后,研究组丘疹、脓包、结节或囊肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清睾酮水平低于对照组,血清雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论复方珍珠暗疮片联合米诺环素胶囊、ALA-PDT治疗中重度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效显著,可有效减轻皮损症状,调节机体性激素水平,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound pearl acne tablets combined with minocycline capsules and 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 78 patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(n=39)and study group(n=39)according to the random number table method.The control group received minocycline capsule+ALA-PDT treatment,and the study group received compound pearl acne tablets treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,skin lesion wound score before treatment and after 2,4 weeks of treatment,serum testosterone and estradiol levels before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).After 2,4 weeks of treatment,the scores of papules,pustules,nodules or cysts in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum testosterone level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum estradiol level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The compound pearl acne tablets combined with minocycline capsules and ALA-PDT have a significant clinical effect in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris,it can effectively reduce the symptoms of skin lesions,regulate the level of sex hormones of body,and has good safety.
