摘 要:目的研究2岁以下儿童溶血与重抽血后的血液标本对生化检验结果的影响。方法选取我院2019年10月至2020年3月收治的35例2岁以下的住院患儿作为研究对象,分别收集该患儿的溶血标本与重抽血后未溶血的标本。采用贝克曼库尔特AU5800全自动生化分析仪分别检测两组标本中的总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、肌酸激酶(CK)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、白蛋白(ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、尿酸(UA)、二氧化碳(CO2)、尿素氮(Urea)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶-1(LDH-1)、γ-谷氨酰基转肽酶(γ-GGT)、肌酐(Cr)、钠离子(Na+)、钾离子(K+)、氯离子(Cl-)和钙离子(Ca2+)水平。结果患儿重抽血后血清标本的TP、TCHO、CK、HBDH、ALB、AST、CK-MB、LDH、LDH-1、K+水平均低于溶血血清标本,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿重抽血后血清标本的DBIL、Na+、ALP水平均高于溶血血清标本,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿溶血与重抽血后血清标本的ALT、TBIL、UA、CO2、Urea、γ-GGT、Cr、Ca2+、Cl-水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童标本溶血现象可对生化检验结果造成严重影响,临床工作中应从标本采集到检验结束均要做好质量控制,进而提供可靠的实验数据确保检验结果的准确。Objective To study the effects of blood samples after hemolysis and redrawing on biochemical test results in children under 2 years old.Methods A total of 35 hospitalized children under 2 years old who were admitted in our hospital from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the hemolysis samples and non hemolysis samples after redrawing blood of the children were collected respectively.The Beckman Coulter AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the levels of total protein(TP),total cholesterol(TCHO),direct bilirubin(DBIL),creatine kinase(CK),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),albumin(ALB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),uric acid(UA),carbon dioxide(CO2),urea nitrogen(Urea),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme-1(LDH-1),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GGT),creatinine(Cr),sodium ion(Na+),potassium ion(K+),chloride ion(Cl-)and calcium ion(Ca2+)in the two groups of specimens.Results The levels of TP,TCHO,CK,HBDH,ALB,AST,CK-MB,LDH,LDH-1,and K+of the children's serum samples after redrawing blood were lower than those of the hemolysis serum samples,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of DBIL,Na+,and ALP of the children's serum samples after redrawing blood were higher than those of the hemolysis serum samples,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of CO2,ALT,TBIL,UA,Urea,γ-GGT,Cr,Ca2+,Cl-in the serum samples of children after hemolysis and redrawing blood(P>0.05).Conclusion The hemolysis of children's samples has a serious impact on the results of biochemical tests.In clinical work,quality control should be done from samples collection to the end of the test,so as to provide reliable experimental data to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
