芪地固肾方治疗特发性膜性肾病患者的效果及对实验室指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨芪地固肾方治疗特发性膜性肾病(IMN)患者的效果及对实验室指标的影响。方法以2017年1月至2020年1月我院收治的98例IMN患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上口服芪地固肾方治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、实验室指标及免疫功能指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的Scr、BUN、IgG、24U-TP、UA、PLA2R及尿液PCX水平显著低于对照组,Alb水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪地固肾方对控制IMN病情进展、改善患者预后具有积极意义,其有助于抑制尿蛋白形成,影响PLA2R与IgG的表达,可改善肝肾功能、免疫功能,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of Qidi Gushen recipe in the treatment of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)and its influence on laboratory indexes.Methods A total of 98 cases of IMN patients admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Qidi Gushen recipe orally on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,laboratory indexes and immune function indexes of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN,IgG,24U-TP,UA,PLA2R and urine PCX in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of Alb was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qidishu Gushen recipe has a positive significance in controlling the progression of IMN disease and improving the prognosis of patients.It is helpful to inhibit the formation of urinary protein,affect the expression of PLA2R and IgG,and improve liver and kidney function and immunologic function,with definite curative effect.
