摘 要:对于不同的共享主体,其分项收入反映发展成果的不同来源,从而提供实现共享的不同途径。为发现分项收入与总收入间相互关联和制约的关系,并避免定和限制,尝试在收入分配问题中引入成分数据分析方法,研究中国居民家庭收入结构特征。在此基础上,拟合收入成分混合分布,构建收入成分回归模型,从分项收入的视角解决发展成果由谁共享、共享程度如何及其实现路径等共享机制问题。研究发现,不同主体的共享水平均呈现持续上升的趋势,为提高低收入主体的共享水平,应扩大其工资性、经营性和财产性收入,保证适度的转移性收入;对于中等收入主体,需控制其内部的不平等水平,适度增加财产性收入,稳定工资性收入;高收入主体应保持现有公平均衡的状态,合理调控财产性收入水平。In this paper,we introduce compositional data analysis method to study the characteristics of household income structure in China,start from the subitem income such as wage income,operating income,property income,and transfer income.Based on the above,the finite mixture models of compositional income is fitted,and the regression model of income components is constructed.From the perspective of subitem income,the sharing mechanism problems such as who shares the development achievements,how degree of sharing and how to realize the share paths are solved.We found that sharing level of different income groups shows a continuous upward trend.In order to improve the sharing level of low-income groups,we should expand their wage,operational and property income,and need to ensure appropriate transfer income for them.For middle-income groups,need to control their internal inequality,moderately increase property income and stabilize wages income.While high-income groups should further maintain their existing fair and balanced states and rationally regulate their property income levels.
