摘  要:塑性垮塌是内压碟形封头设计必须考虑的重要失效模式之一,精准预测塑性垮塌压力有助于避免碟形封头发生塑性垮塌事故。考虑材料应变硬化的影响,从有限元分析、公式计算、试验验证三方面开展内压碟形封头塑性垮塌压力预测方法研究。采用基于弧长法的非线性有限元技术,建立考虑应变硬化的碟形封头塑性垮塌压力预测数值模型。在前人研究基础上,推导出碟形封头塑性垮塌压力计算公式。汇总文献中16个碟形封头爆破试验数据,对提出的预测方法进行验证分析。结果表明:公式计算、有限元分析与试验结果吻合良好,验证了碟形封头塑性垮塌压力的有限元模型和公式计算的可靠性和准确性。为建立考虑材料应变硬化的防止碟形封头塑性垮塌的设计方法提供技术支撑。Plastic collapse is one of the important failure modes in the design of dished heads under internal pressure.Accurate prediction of plastic collapse pressure is helpful to avoid plastic collapse of dished heads.Considering the effect of material strain hardening,the prediction method of plastic collapse pressure of dished head under internal pressure is studied from three aspects:finite element analysis,formula calculation and test verification.The nonlinear finite element method based on arc length method is used to establish a numerical model for predicting plastic collapse pressure of dished head considering strain hardening.Based on the research of predecessors,the formula for calculating the plastic collapse pressure of dished head is derived.The prediction method is verified and analyzed by summarizing the blasting test data of 16 dished heads in the literature.The results show that the formula calculation,finite element analysis and experimental results are in good agreement,which verifies the reliability and accuracy of the finite element model and formula calculation of the plastic collapse pressure of dished head.It provides technical support for establishing the design method of preventing the plastic collapse of dished head considering the material strain hardening.
