摘　　要：介绍了分体式气化炉的结构特点、制造过程中的技术难点及解决措施,主要解决了镍基合金深孔加工刀具选择、不锈钢水冷夹套焊接变形控制、激冷室水冷系统内件组装、分体式气化设备整体水压等技术难题,可作为同类产品制造的参考。The characteristics,the technical difficulties and control means in the manufacturing process of detachable gasifier are introduced.It mainly solves the technical difficulties such as the choice of deep hole cutting tools when drilling the nickel-base alloy,the deformation control when welding the stainless steel water cooling jacket,the internals assembly of spray-quench chamber in water cooling system and overall water pressure application of the gasifier,which can provide a reference of similar products.
