摘　　要：目的探讨冠脉搭桥患者不同时间节点疲劳发生率及其与情绪状态的相关性。方法选取2019年8月~2020年3月某三甲医院行冠脉搭桥的324例患者为研究对象。采用一般人口学资料、疲劳视觉模拟评分、简明心境量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表及长海痛尺进行问卷调查。结果冠脉搭桥患者疲劳程度在术后3天最重,中重度疲劳发生率为99.4%。单因素分析结果显示,患者的疲劳程度受其年龄、性别、术后并发症、文化程度、疼痛、情绪及睡眠影响(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,情绪状态、疼痛及睡眠与术后3天、术后7天、出院当天及术后半年疲劳程度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论冠脉搭桥患者疲劳程度较为严重,其中术后3天最重,发生率最高。术后不同时间节点应该针对情绪、睡眠及疼痛等因素采取针对性措施进行干预,缓解疲劳。Objective To explore the relationship between fatigue incidence and emotional state in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)at different time points.Methods A total of 324 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)from August 2019 to March 2020 in a third-class hospital were selected as the research subjects by random sampling.Demographic data,fatigue visual analogue score,concise mood scale,Pittsburgh sleep index scale and Changhai pain scale were used to conduct questionnaires.Results Fatigue degree of coronary artery bypass graft patients was the most serious 3 days after operation,and the incidence of severe fatigue was 99.4%.Univariate analysis showed that the fatigue degree of patients was affected by their age,gender,postoperative complications,educational level,pain,mood and sleep(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that emotional state,pain and sleep were positively correlated with fatigue degree at 3 days after surgery,7 days after surgery,the day of discharge and half a year after surgery(P<0.01).Conclusion Fatigue is more serious in patients with CABG,and the highest incidence is found 3 days after the operation.Targeting measures should be taken for emotion,sleep and pain to relieve fatigue at different time points after operation.
