茵栀黄注射液联合甘草酸二胺对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者血清活性氧、DJ-1和肝功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨茵栀黄注射液联合甘草酸二胺对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者的治疗效果及对血清活性氧(ROS)、DJ-1和肝功能的影响。方法:选择2016年10月至2019年10月在巴彦淖尔市医院确诊并进行治疗的82例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者为研究对象,采取随机数字排列表法将其分为对照组(41例)以及研究组(41例)。对照组患者予以甘草酸二胺治疗,研究组患者予以茵栀黄注射液联合甘草酸二胺治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清ROS、DJ-1蛋白、血清学指标、肝纤维化指标[Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)和Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)]水平以及血清ROS与DJ-1蛋白的相关性。结果:研究组患者治疗后的血清ROS、DJ-1蛋白水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶以及总胆红素水平明显低于对照组,凝血酶时间明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的PC-Ⅲ、LN、HA以及Ⅳ-C水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者血清ROS水平与DJ-1表达水平呈较明显的正相关性,慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者血清ROS、DJ-1表达水平与肝纤维化指标(PC-Ⅲ、LN、HA以及Ⅳ-C)水平均呈现正相关性。结论:对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者采用茵栀黄注射液以及甘草酸二胺治疗,可改善患者机体血清ROS、DJ-1蛋白水平以及肝功能,延缓肝纤维化进程,发挥较明显的治疗效果。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Yinzhihuang injection combined with glycyrrhizin diamine in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis and its effects on serum reactive oxygen species(ROS),DJ-1 and liver function.METHODS:Totally 82 patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis admitted into Bayannur Hospital of Inner Mongolia from Oct.2016 to Oct.2019 were extracted to be divided into the control group(n=41)and the research group(n=41)via the random number table.The control group was treated with glycyrrhizin diamine,while the research group received Yinzhihuang injection combined with glycyrrhizin diamine.Serum ROS,DJ-1 protein levels,serological indicators,liver fibrosis indicators[typeⅢprocollagen(PC-Ⅲ),laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA)and type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C)]and the correlation between serum ROS and DJ-1 protein of two groups before and after treatment were observed.RESULTS:Serum ROS and DJ-1 protein levels in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the thrombin time was significantly longer than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of PC-Ⅲ,LN,HA and Ⅳ-C in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum ROS levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis were significantly positively correlated with DJ-1 expression levels,and serum ROS levels and DJ-1 expression levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis were positively correlated with liver fibrosis indicators(PC-Ⅲ,LN,HA and MAR-C).CONCLUSIONS:Yinzhihuang injection combined with glycyrrh
