摘 要:近年来,生物技术的发展十分迅速.我们可以在体外对动植物细胞进行培养,从而生产特定的生物制品或测试新药的疗效.作为生物制药工业中的关键技术,细胞工程在农业、畜牧业及制药工业中都有着十分广泛的应用.优良品种选育、家畜繁殖、药物生产,都离不开细胞融合、核移植等技术.细胞工程的飞速发展,使生物制药进入一个全新的时代.本文对动物细胞工程的研究现状进行了简要介绍,并分析了其在医药领域中的应用,以期为相关人员提供参考.In recent years,the development of biotechnology has been very rapid.We can culture animal and plant cells in vitro to produce specific biological products or test the effcacy of new drugs.As a key technology in the biopharmaceutical industry,cell engineering has a wide range of applications in agriculture,animal husbandry and the pharmaceutical industiy.High-quality breed selection,livestock breeding,and drug production are all inseparable from technologies such as cell fusion and nuclear transfer.The rapid development of cell engineering has brought biopharmaceuticals into a new era.This article briefly introduces the research status of animal cell engineering,and analyzes its application in the field of medicine,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
