Cardiovascular disease has become the main disease threatening human life, and the induced pathological cardiac remodeling is the key factor leading to the gradual deterioration of cardiac function. The complement C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein(CTRPs)can regulate cardiac remodeling to a certain extent, and suitable exercise can effectively promote the secretion of related CTRPs and reduce pathological cardiac remodeling. However,in the present study, exercise is only regarded as a positive intervention mode, and there are few studies on the exercising changing CTRPs and then improving cardiac function. The future research can further explore the role of CTRPs in cardiac remodeling and the molecular mechanism of motor regulation, and provide theoretical basis for animal and human research on exercising regulation of CTRPs,so as to provide guidance to formulate appropriate exercise prescription for the improvement of pathological cardiac remodeling.
