摘  要:Wnt信号转导通路在细胞的生长与分化、胚胎正常发育、血管形成以及肿瘤发生发展等过程中发挥重要作用。Wnt信号转导通路的异常激活与多种心脏疾病(心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化、高血压、心力衰竭和心肌梗死等)及心脏病理状态(心律失常)相关。心肌细胞肥大是心肌肥厚的基础细胞形态学改变,Wnt信号转导通路中各分子信号参与调节心肌细胞肥大的发生并相互调控,对心肌细胞肥大的发生有重要意义,其中经典Wnt/β联蛋白信号转导通路的作用最显著。The Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in the process of cell growth and differentiation,normal embryo development,blood vessel formation,and tumorigenesis and development.Abnormal activation of the Wnt signaling pathway is related to a variety of heart diseases(myocardial hypertrophy,myocardial fibrosis,hypertension,heart failure,myocardial infarction,etc.)and cardiac conditions(arrhythmia).Cardiomyocyte hypertrophy is the basic cell morphology change of myocardial hypertrophy,and various molecular signals in the Wnt signaling pathway are involved in regulating the occurrence and mutual regulation of cardiomyocyte hypertrophy,which is of great significance to the occurrence of cardiomyocyte hypertrophy.Among them,the classical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays the most significant role.
