摘  要:以毛泽渠煤矿202综放工作面顶分层破坏条件为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对顶分层破坏条件下下分层工作面开采围岩应力分布影响的主要因素进行了分析,进而提出工作面选用ZH2600/16/24Z型悬移顶梁支架,工作面两巷采用架棚支护方式,现场应用效果表明,悬移支架在现有开采技术条件下仍可保持较好的工作状态,架棚支护后工作面两巷围岩变形量较小,实现了工作面的安全高效回采。Taking Mao Zequ coal mining condition of 202 fully-mechanized caving roof delamination damage as the engineering background,using numerical simulation software FLAC3D layering on top,damage conditions and down working face mining main factors affecting the stress distribution of surrounding rock is analyzed,and then put forward face choose ZH2600/16/24 z suspended top beam bracket,working face two lane adopts JiaPeng supporting method,field application effect shows that the suspended support under the condition of the existing mining technology can still maintain good working condition,JiaPeng supporting face after two roadway deformation is small,achieve the safe and efficient mining of working face.
