摘  要:采用直读光谱仪测试了三个不同企业生产的RV减速器摆线轮原材料20CrMoH的化学成分,利用光学显微镜观察了其真空渗碳热处理前后的微观组织,并对试验用热处理炉的均匀性进行了测试与分析。结果表明,三个企业生产的摆线轮原材料化学成分基本相同;A钢与B钢存在一定的带状组织,热处理后日钢渗碳层最深。同时,炉中不同位置试样的微观组织基本一致,表明试验所用的热处理炉温度和气氛较均匀。The chemical composition of 20CrMoH,a raw material for cycloid wheel of RV Reducer produced by three different enterprises,was tested by direct reading spectrometer.The microstructure before and after vacuum carburizing heat treatment was observed by optical microscope,and the uniformity of heat treatment furnace for test was tested and analyzed.The results show that the chemical composition of cycloid gear raw materials produced by the three enterprises is basically the same;there is a certain band structure in the raw materials of cycloid gear produced by A steel and B steel,and the carburized layer of Japanese steel is the deepest after heat treatment.At the same time,the microstructure of samples at different positions in the furnace is basically the same,which indicates that the temperature and atmosphere of the heat treatment furnace are uniform.
