摘  要:通过追溯含硅780 MPa连退双相钢粗糙条纹全流程工艺和表面情况,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量色散谱方法(EDS)和辉光放电光谱法定量分析(GDOES)等手段,对材料微区成分元素种类、含量进行了分析,并拟制出材料不同工序后表层易氧化Si元素的GDOES曲线,探析粗糙条纹的形成机理。结果表明,粗糙条纹缺陷为热轧红锈遗传所致。酸洗后残留的楔形Fe_(2)SiO_(4)钉扎在基体表面,使材料表面出现明显的微观凹陷,凹陷越深、越密集,酸洗后条纹状缺陷越明显。通过采用“低温快烧+增加除鳞压力+低温卷取”的工艺控制思路,减少热轧工序Fe_(2)SiO_(4)的生成,连退粗糙条纹缺陷得到明显改善,缺陷发生率由78%降低到20%以内。Through tracing the whole process and surface condition of rough stripe of 780 MPa continuous annealing dual phase steel containing silicon,scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and glow discharge spectroscopy(GDOES)were used to analyze the types and contents of micro elements in the material.The GDOES curves of easily oxidized element Si in the surface layer of the material after different processes were drawn up,and the formation mechanism of rough stripes was analyzed.The results show that the rough stripe defect is caused by the heredity of hot rolled red rust.After pickling,the wedge-shaped Fe_(2)SiO_(4)is pinned on the surface of the substrate,resulting in obvious micro depressions on the surface of the material.The deeper and denser the depressions are,the more obvious the striated defects are after pickling.By adopting the process control idea of"low temperature fast burning+increasing descaling pressure+low temperature coiling",the formation of Fe_(2)SiO_(4)in hot rolling process is reduced,the continuous annealing rough stripe defect is obviously improved,and the defect occurrence rate is reduced from 78%to less than 20%.
