摘  要:针对汽车纵梁后段梁体用钢HC340LAD+Z冲压过程中出现的颈缩缺陷,通过冲压工艺参数调整、材料性能分析和全流程生产过程追溯手段分析了缺陷产生的原因,并提出改进措施。研究表明,材料微观组织差异是导致颈缩的主要原因,出现问题的材料批次中铁素体晶粒尺寸小,碳化物偏析较严重,导致材料协调变形能力差。通过优化HC340LAD+Z钢的在线生产工艺参数,实现了材料特性的定制化生产,颈缩缺陷消失,满足了客户需求,实现了稳定供货。Aiming at the necking defect of HC340LAD+Z steel for the automobile longitudinal beam in the stamping process,the defect causes were analyzed by adjusting the stamping process parameters,analyzing the material properties and tracing the whole production process,and the improvement measures were put forward.The results show that the difference of microstructure is the main reason for necking.The small grain size of ferrite and serious carbide segregation in the batches with problems lead to poor coordinated deformation ability of the materials.By optimizing the on-line production process parameters of HC340LAD+Z steel,the customized production of material characteristics is realized and the necking defects disappears,which meet the customer demand and realize stable supply.
