大截面导线剥线器的研制与应用

摘　　要：近年来,特高压输电线路不断增多,由于特高压输电线路导线截面大、分裂数多的特点,输电线路施工张力架线施工作业在导线连接过程中以及导线耐张管压接过程中导线切剥的作业量成倍增加。传统锯割等剥线工具机械化程度低,费时费力,剥线用时过长,导线剥切面不平齐,导线剥线深度难以保证致使导线钢芯受损,无法保证导线钢芯的抗拉强度等一系列问题。着重介绍研制新型剥线工具的创新思路、研究过程、工程应用与验证,特别是对新型剥线工具核心部件的创新性思路和创新性设计。创造性地研制了对切式电动剥线器,机械化快速剥线,省时省力,实现导线剥线不切偏、不切过,有效保证不伤及导线钢芯,导线剥切面平齐的效果,通性强,保证了输电线路长期稳定运行。In recent years,UHV transmission lines have been increasing.Due to the characteristics of large cross section and more splitting number of UHV transmission lines,the amount of wire cutting and stripping is doubled,especially in the construction of transmission line tension line in the process of wire connection and in the process of wire tension tube crimping.Traditional sawing and stripping tools have a series of problems such as low mechanization degree,time consuming and laborious,long wire stripping time,uneven wire stripping surface,difficult to guarantee the depth of wire stripping,resulting in damage to wire steel core,and failure to guarantee the tensile strength of wire steel core.This paper mainly introduces the innovative thinking,research process,engineering application and verification of the new wire-stripping tool,especially the innovative thinking and design of the new wire-stripping tool's core components.The electric wire stripper has been innovatively developed,which has the advantages of mechanization quick stripping,saving time and labor,no cutting deviation and no cutting of wire stripping,effectively ensuring no damage to wire steel core and even cutting surface of wire stripping,etc.The strong connectivity ensures the long-term and stable operation of the transmission lines.
