双环法、改良Lejour法与垂直双蒂法治疗乳房下垂的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较双环法、改良Lejour法与垂直双蒂法治疗乳房下垂的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月~2020年9月本院收治的乳房下垂患者98例,根据治疗方法分为3组,即双环组33例、改良Lejour组32例与垂直双蒂组33例。比较3组乳晕直径、乳房瘢痕,术前与术后6个月时的乳头乳晕感觉、乳房形态,以及术后并发症情况。结果改良Lejour组乳晕直径、乳房瘢痕评分较双环组、垂直双蒂组更低(P<0.01),双环组与垂直双蒂组乳晕直径、乳房瘢痕对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后改良Lejour组乳房形态评分较双环组、垂直双蒂组更高(P<0.01),3组乳头乳晕感觉对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。3组术后并发症发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论相较于双环法与垂直双蒂法,改良Lejour法治疗乳房下垂的效果更为理想,适于临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical effects of double ring method,modified LeJour method and vertical double pedicle method in the treatment of breast ptosis.Methods From January 2019 to September 2020,98 patients with breast ptosis in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups according to the treatment methods:double ring group(33 cases),modified LeJour group(32 cases)and vertical double pedicle group(33 cases).The areola diameter,breast scar,nipple areola sensation,breast shape and postoperative complications were compared among the three groups.Results The areola diameter and breast scar score of modified LeJour group were lower than those of double ring group and vertical double pedicle group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in areola diameter and breast scar between double ring group and vertical double pedicle group(P>0.05).The breast shape score of modified LeJour group was higher than that of double ring group and vertical double pedicle group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in nipple areola sensation among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with double ring method and vertical double pedicle method,the effect of modified LeJour method in the treatment of breast ptosis is more ideal,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
