黄金微针与电离子治疗腋臭的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄金微针与电离子治疗腋臭的临床疗效。方法应用黄金微针治疗腋臭52例,应用电离子治疗45例,术后随访6个月,观察治疗效果、复发率及并发症发生的情况。结果术后随访6个月,黄金微针组治愈率为78.8%,电离子组治愈率为60.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);黄金微针组治疗有效率为96.2%,电离子组治疗有效率为93.3%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均无严重并发症发生。结论黄金微针治疗腋臭操作简便,疗效好,创伤小,痛苦小,并发症少,且可重复治疗,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of BodyTite and electro-ion therapy in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods 52 cases of axillary osmidrosis were treated with BodyTite and 45 cases were treated with electro-ion therapy.Six months after treatment,the clinical effects,recurrence rate and complications were observed.Results After six months of follow-up,the cure rate BodyTite group was 78.8%,and that of electro-ion therapy group was 60.0%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of BodyTite group was 96.2%,and that of electro-ion therapy group was 93.3%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no serious complications in both groups.Conclusion BodyTite for axillary osmidrosis is a simple,reliable and effective therapy with less traumatic,less pain,fewer complications,and can be treated repeatedly,which deserve clinical expansion.
