穴位埋线联合美容针治疗黄褐斑疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析在黄褐斑治疗中穴位埋线与美容针的联合应用疗效。方法选取2019年3月-2020年10月黄褐斑病例87例,按疗法分组,A组(穴位埋线+美容针)43例,B组(美容针)44例,比较皮损症状、疗效、生活质量。结果皮损症状比较,A组[(0.59±0.11)分]轻于B组[(1.63±0.87)分](P<0.05);疗效比较,A组[97.67%(42/43)]优于B组[68.18%(30/44)](P<0.05);不良反应比较,A组[4.65%(2/43)]少于B组[36.36%(16/44)](P<0.05)。结论联合穴位埋线与美容针进行黄褐斑治疗,应用疗效较好,安全性较高,可改善皮损,促进良性转归,提升黄褐斑患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the combined application of acupoint embedding thread and beauty needle in the treatment of chloasma.Methods A total of 87 cases of chloasma from March 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided according to treatment.Group A(acupoint embed thread+beauty needle)had 43 cases,and group B(beauty needle)had 44 cases.The lesions symptoms,efficacy and quality of life were compared.Results The symptoms of skin lesions in group A[(0.59±0.11)points]were lighter than that in group B[(1.63±0.87)points](P<0.05).The efficacy of group A[97.67%(42/43)]was better than that of group B[68.18%(30/44)](P<0.05).In comparison of adverse reactions,group A[4.65%(2/43)]was less than group B[36.36%(16/44)](P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint embedding thread and beauty needle in the treatment of chloasma has good curative effect,can improve skin lesions,promote benign outcomes,and improve the quality of life of patients with chloasma.
