摘  要:目的探讨采取纳晶微针导入5%米诺地尔+复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃的效果及对血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、毛囊相关分子表达的影响。方法选取122例斑秃患者随机分成实验组62例与对照组60例,两组均采取5%米诺地尔联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,复方甘草酸苷均采取口服用药方式,在5%米诺地尔给药上对照组采取局部外用方法,实验组采取纳晶微针导入方法,比较两组经3个疗程的治疗效果。结果实验组有效率95.16%高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);治疗后血清TNF-α较治疗前降低,VEGF较治疗前提高,实验组指标变化幅度较对照组显著(P<0.05);治疗后血清IL-4、IL-10较治疗前提高,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);毛囊Fas、FasL表达水平均治疗前降低,且实验组低于于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在斑秃治疗上,采取纳晶微针导入5%米诺地尔联合复方甘草酸苷的治疗方法,可取得满意效果,改善血清炎症因子水平,升高VEGF表达及降低毛囊相关分子表达水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of nanocrystal microneedle infusion of 5%minoxidil+compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of alopecia areata and its influence on the expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)and hair folliclerelated molecules.Methods A total of 122 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into 62 cases in the experimental group and 60 cases in the control group.Both groups were treated with 5%minoxidil combined with compound glycyrrhizin.The compound glycyrrhizin was administered orally.On the administration of Nordil,the control group adopts the topical topical method,and the experimental group adopts the nanocrystalline microneedle introduction method to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups after 3 courses.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.16%higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05);after treatment,serum TNF-α was lower than before treatment,and VEGF was higher than before treatment.The index change range of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum IL-4 and IL-10 after treatment were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the expression of Fas and FasL in hair follicles decreased before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of alopecia areata,the treatment of 5%minoxidil combined with compound glycyrrhizin with nanocrystalline microneedles can achieve satisfactory results,improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,increase the expression of VEGF and reduce the expression of hair follicle-related molecules,It is worth promoting.
