摘  要:目的探究植皮术修复烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的护理干预效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年5月郑州市第一人民医院烧伤科收治的44例烧伤瘢痕修复患儿,均采取异体脱细胞真皮与自体刃厚皮片复合移植修复,并给予治疗期间的护理干预。比较干预前后患儿心理、疼痛评分变化,术后随访6个月,观察患儿生存质量变化。结果本组患儿复合移植成功率91.11%(41/44),成活后皮肤弹性与正常皮肤相似,无瘢痕增生。干预后,患儿SAS、DSRSC、VAS评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05)。干预后,患儿WHOQOL-BREF评分中生存质量主观感受、健康状况主观感受、生理/心理领域评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.05)。结论对烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患儿植皮术期间进行护理干预可显著提高瘢痕修复疗效,有助于缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,降低疼痛,提高患儿生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in repairing scar contracture after burn by skin grafting.Methods From February 2018 to May 2019,44 children with burn scar repair who were admitted to the Department of Burns,Zhengzhou First People's Hospital Nursing intervention were selected.The changes of psychological and pain scores of children before and after intervention were compared,and the follow-up was performed for 6 months after operation to observe the changes of children's quality of life.Results The successful rate of compound transplantation in this group of patients was 91.11%(41/44).After survival,the skin elasticity was similar to normal skin,and there was no scar hyperplasia.After the intervention,the children's SAS,DSRSC,VAS scores were significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the subjective feelings of quality of life,subjective feelings of health,and physiological/psychological scores in the WHOQOL-BREF score of the children were significantly higher than before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in children with scar contracture deformity after burns can significantly improve the effect of scar repair,help relieve anxiety and depression,reduce pain,and improve the quality of life of children.
