新型城镇化背景下村镇聚落空间类型划分方法流变研究

摘　　要：城镇化正急剧地重构着乡村聚落空间,新型城镇化及新发展理念的提出,引导着村镇聚落空间研究转向。文章着眼于新型城镇化背景下的乡村聚落空间,从发展规模、聚落空间形态、聚落空间影响因素三个维度梳理现有聚落空间类型研究,进而得到村镇聚落空间类型研究应该置于城镇化和乡村振兴的社会背景之下,融入多学科视角进行类型划分的结论。这对之后的村镇聚落空间类型研究、乡村振兴及村庄规划编制具有借鉴意义。Urbanization is rapidly reconstructing the rural settlement space.The new urbanization and new development concept lead the research direction of rural settlement space.This paper focuses on the rural settlement space under the background of new urbanization,combs the existing settlement spatial type research from the three dimensions,including development scale,settlement space form,and settlement space influencing factors,and then obtains the conclusion that the research of spatial type division of rural settlement should be placed in the social background of urbanization and rural revitalization,and integrated into the multi-disciplinary perspective for type division,so as to provide reference for the future spatial type division,rural revitalization and village planning.
