基于IPA模型的城市广场景观社会效益评价与优化研究——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：广场是城市为市民提供的一种重要社会福祉,设计建造社会效益高的广场景观具有切实意义。文章基于广场景观社会效益表现及其重要性分析模型,使用广场景观社会效益评价指标评价杭州市主城区七个广场景观社会效益,识别优化案例广场景观社会效益的改进指标,结合实地调研与对比来解析案例广场景观社会效益优化的可能方向。The urban square is an important social welfare provided by the city.It has practical significance to design and build the urban square landscape with high social benefits.Based on Importance Performance Analysis Method(IPA),this paper built the IPA for social benefits of urban square landscape.First,the social benefit evaluation index of square landscape was used to evaluate the social benefit of seven square landscape in the main urban area of Hangzhou.Second,this paper identified the improvement indicators to promoting the social benefits of case square landscape.At last,for each improvement indicator,through the field investigation and comparison,the paper analyzed the optimization direction for the social benefits of the case square landscape.
