摘　　要：近些年既有住区户外更新工作得到极大关注,而既有住区普遍存在的物业管理缺失,居民需求难以反馈、利益主体协调困难等问题给更新工作增添了难度。文章基于研究室课题,展开了一次既有居住组团户外更新实践,课题旨在研究居民需求并从艺术介入和促进公众参与的角度提出优化策略,结合此次实践,分析实践流程中参与各方的参与形式与角色作用,总结参与式更新工作的组织机制,为后续公众参与式住区更新工作搭建可持续的工作框架。In recent years,great attention has been paid to the outdoor renewal of existing residential areas.However,due to the lack of property management in the existing residential areas,it is difficult to feed back the needs of residents,and it is difficult to coordinate the stakeholders.The paper is based on an outdoor renovation practice of existing residential groups carried out under the research project of the research room.The project aims to study the needs of residents and put forward optimization strategies from the perspective of art intervention and public participation.Combined with this practice,the paper analyzes the participation forms and roles of all parties involved in the practice process,and summarizes the organizational mechanism of participatory renewal work for subsequent public participation to build a sustainable framework for the renewal of residential areas.
