摘　　要：国内外对熔喷非织造技术的研究已经较为成熟,国外代表公司有日本卡森和德国Biax,国内公司主要有精诚、精岳和华多等。在整个生产环节中由于工艺的特殊性,熔喷模头对材料和加工都有一定要求。为了保证熔喷模头的稳定可靠运行,本文介绍了模头工作原理,分析影响产品质量的核心部件,再对模头材料和加工方法进行了分析,以不同的方式对模头进行装配,装配的好坏对整体性能具有较大的影响,下一步的重点是在发展中去寻求技术的突破。The research on meltblown nonwoven technology at home and abroad has been relatively mature.Foreign representative companies include Kasen from Japan and Biax from Germany,and domestic companies mainly include Jingcheng,Jingyue and Huaduo.Due to the particularity of the process in the entire production process,meltblown die heads have certain requirements for materials and processing.To ensure the stable and reliable operation of the meltblown die,this article introduces the working principle of the die head,analyzes the core components that affect product quality,and then analyzes the materials and processing methods of the die head,and assembles the die head in different ways.The quality of the product has a greater impact on the overall performance,and the next step is to seek technological breakthroughs in development.
