摘　　要：为减少制氢装置频繁启停造成的损失,设计出一套可自动充装及返气的系统[1]。用户可将制氢设备生成的产品气存在氢气储罐中,有用气需要时,可通过压缩机将储罐中的氢气供给用户。当用户有多余的氢气时,可自动将其返回至氢气储罐中。本文采用了西门子S7-300PLC实现了充氢、返气流程的自动执行[2],并可在监控画面中对各流程进行监控。In order to reduce the loss caused by the frequent start-up of the hydrogen production unit,a system that can automatically charge and return hydrogen is designed in this paper.The user can store the product gas generated by the hydrogen production equipment in a hydrogen storage tank.When the gas is required,the hydrogen in the storage tank can be supplied to the user through the compressor.And the hydrogen can be automatically returned to the hydrogen storage tank when the user has excess hydrogen,The automatic execution of hydrogen charging and returning hydrogen processes can be realized through the use of Siemens S7-300PLC and the running process can be monitored in the monitoring screen.
